Upscaling static images with Real-ESRGAN takes several seconds per image—far too slow for live video. By using recurrent spatial-temporal feature propagation compiled to TensorRT FP16, we upscale live 1080p feeds to 4K at a locked 60 FPS with 11.2ms frame latency.
